Here’s what you get with the ongoing monthly Peace of Mind Plus Program:
- I’ll keep your site backed up with automated, scheduled backups, performed by my favorite premium plugin, BackupBuddy.
- I’ll install and configure the WordFence security plugin.
- Copies of your backups will be stored in two locations: Your server (easily accessible from your WordPress dashboard) and my secure Amazon S3 server (in case anything ever happens to your web server or your web host).
- I’ll log into your site twice-monthly (or whenever a major update is released) and update everything (WordPress, your theme, and your plugins).
- I’ll set you up with an uptime-monitoring service (either Jetpack or UptimeRobot) so you and I will both be notified if your site goes down, and I can swing into action to get it working again.
- If something should happen to your site such that you require restoring from a backup (may it never happen!), I will restore your site from the last full BackupBuddy backup.
- If your web host allows it, I will install and configure a LetsEncrypt SSL Certificate so that your site’s traffic is securely encrypted. Your site visitors will see the “green padlock icon” next to your site’s address, reassuring them that your site is safe.
- You’ll be able to use the premium Gravity Forms plugin for your site’s contact form, and I’ll set up spam protection and email logging so you’ll never miss another contact form message.
- One hour of tech support each month. This can be used for whatever you need, and unused hours roll over to the next month for 6 months (so you can have a maximum of 6 hours “banked” at one time).
