Thanks for trusting me to install WordPress for you. Next, I need a few pieces of information so I can get your new blog up and running.

After you submit this form, you should see an on-screen success message, bordered in green.

Now comes the hardest part (at least that’s what Tom Petty said): the waiting. I have openings for four installs per month. As soon as you submit this form, I’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your install week. You may also receive several administrative emails from your web host; it’s a good idea to file these for future reference.

Domain name where you want your new website to appear -- this domain must be already registered to you. Also, don't forget to put the ".com" or ".org" part (required)
