I’ll play too: Outright.com for recording sole proprietor income and expenses–populates everything into a standard scedule C (which is your friend when you’re self employed)…can’t believe this one is free.

WuFoo.com for beautiful forms (and playing with the data submitted)…they have a somewhat limited free version.

(also–can I say I didn’t realize Mailchimp was FREE for less than 500, looks like I might be moving soon, thanks ~ E.

Box.net is one I’ve used, liked, and would recommend. It must have slipped my mind yesterday (I knew it would pay off big time to ask people to leave their own recommendations).

How could I have left off Google Docs?!? One thing I really like about it is that you can do real-time collaborative editing of a document or spreadsheet. It’s really fun to brainstorm and watch the other person typing at the same time you are.

And thanks for the pointer to Zoho — I will definitely be checking that out, because I need a contact management system! I’ve been considering the free version of Highrise, but haven’t committed. So another free option is WAY welcome.

box.net – It is free file hosting service for small audio files and pdf worksheets. It is speedy and can be set to send you an e-mail when people are downloading your files.

crm.zoho.com – A CRM that is free for individual users. It is good for managing customer contacts, leads, and campgains.

docs.google.com – Another Google tool that is useful for sharing worksheets and other documents with clients and collaborators
